In order to be eligible for a refund, the product must have not been activated with a node-locked license. Once a license has been generated for this product, we are no longer able to refund.

We will charge 5% of your purchase price as a fee to cover the transaction cost. You will be refunded at 95% of your original payment amount at the refund time.
