We use this information to administer our website and enhance User experience. Typically, this information does not include Personal Information.

Our software licensing activation application automatically collects the machine name and a unique hardware identifier on the target computer that you choose to install and run our software on. We store and use this information to generate a node-locked software license for this target machine.

We do not sell or rent your Personal Information to any third party. We may share, disclose, or provide your Personal Information with or to a third party in the following limited circumstances:

• we are required to combat fraud or to protect our interests;
• we need enforce the terms of use of Mathwrist products and services;
• we are required to do so by law or in order to respond to legal process or lawful requests, including from law enforcement or government agencies; and
• we employ a third party to perform tasks on our behalf such as delivering correspondence, communications, products, or services, or as part of a merger or sale of Mathwrist LLC.

The Personal Information you provide to Mathwrist are stored on Microsoft Azure cloud service and data servers based in the United States. The storage of that information will be subject to the laws of the United States of America. We do not voluntarily or actively transfer or disclose our customer data or Personal Information to any party except under those limited circumstances outlined herein including without limitation, Section 3, "Use, Sharing or Disclosing of Personal Information".

Mathwrist would like to make sure you are fully aware of all your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following rights:

• The right to access - You have the right to request copies of your Personal Data. We may charge you a small fee for this service;
• The right to rectification - You have the right to request that Our Company correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Our Company to complete information you believe is incomplete;
• The right to erasure - You have the right to request that Our Company erase your Personal Data, under certain conditions;
• The right to restrict processing - You have the right to request that Mathwrist restricts the processing of your Personal Data, under certain conditions;
• The right to object to processing - You have the right to object to Our Company's processing of your Personal Data, under certain conditions; and
• The right to data portability - You have the right to request that Our Company transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
