“Personal Data” or “Personal Information” means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual and can include information about how you use our products and services (e.g., device information, IP address).

“Products and Services” means the products and services covered by this Policy, which include our software, documentation, website, customer support and business solutions provided by Mathwrist.

“You” or “Your” means the end user of our products and services, website visitors, or representatives acting on behalf of a business company or organization.

Mathwrist reserves all rights to review and update the company's privacy policy. We will notify customers who have a user account with us regarding Policy changes. Maintaining a user account with Mathwrist constitutes acceptance of any Policy changes.

We collect information that you choose to provide when you use Mathwrist products or services. This may include but is not limited to information provided when you: create an account, order and/or download products, contact our sales department, or interact with other Mathwrist support teams. This Personal Information may include, your name, e-mail address, payment information, billing address and any other information selected by you to share. We also may collect additional information you knowingly and voluntarily provide through such contact or interaction.

We use the information you provide to set up your customer account, and to deliver our products and services. The information is also used for the purposes of communication with You and to provide support such as software instructions, releases, bug fixes, product updates or Policy changes. We also provide privacy and/or security notices in the event of password resets, or email address changes.

Mathwrist may from time to time, send you information in the form of a newsletter regarding new products and services offered. If you do not wish to receive such materials, you may always opt out. If you want to unsubscribe from Mathwrist general newsletters, you can follow the unsubscribe link that appears at the end of these communications or, you may unsubscribe from these notices using your account preference settings. In addition, after login to your account on the Mathwrist website, Users also have the option of permanently deleting all Personal Information and closing the Mathwrist account.

Our website may automatically collect information including without limitation, User’s domain name, IP address, type of browser, operating system, time of access and web pages accessed when you visit our website. We use this information to administer our website and enhance User experience. Typically, this information does not include Personal Information.

When you place a trial or purchase order of our products, we keep a record of the order, excluding User’s credit card information. This information is saved in a user account. Our software licensing activation application automatically collects the machine name and a unique hardware identifier on the target computer that you choose to install and run our software on. We store and use this information to generate a node-locked software license for this target machine.

Mathwrist collects your data in order to process your order, protect or manage your account and to enhance the user experience of the Mathwrist website. Please note that we do not sell or rent your Personal Information to any third party. We may share, disclose, or provide your Personal Information with or to a third party in the following limited circumstances:

• we attempt to collect a payment or debt;
• we are required to combat fraud or to protect our interests;
• we need enforce the terms of use of Mathwrist products and services;
• we are required to do so by law or in order to respond to legal process or lawful requests, including from law enforcement or government agencies; and
• we employ a third party to perform tasks on our behalf such as delivering correspondence, communications, products, or services, or as part of a merger or sale of Mathwrist LLC.

Unless otherwise described herein, access to Personal Information is restricted to Mathwrist employees and the support staff of our third-party service providers. Specifically, we use Stripe for online payment processing, Microsoft Office 365 for email servicing and Microsoft Azure for website hosting. Please note that these providers who need to know that information so that they can provide maintenance and support are bound by strict confidentiality obligations.

We do NOT store your credit card information in our system. When you place an order with us, we use Stripe, an online payment service provider, to manage credit card processing and refunds. At your online order checkout time at our website, you will be redirected to Stripe's order checkout page where the links to Stripe's privacy policy and terms of use are displayed. Please review Stripe's privacy policy and terms of use by following those links. Upon the completion of order checkout, you will be redirected back to our website.

Mathwrist retains minimum Personal Data that is needed in order to provide the services and allow for day-to-day operation of the business. Mathwrist customers may review and update their profile and subscription information after login to their account on our website. 7.1 Retention and Deletion of Personal Data

Mathwrist will retain your Personal Data for as long as your account is active; as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, meet financial audit requirements; or to the extent that is required by law. You have the option to delete your Personal Data, thereby closing your account with us, by logging into to your customer account portal on our website. This deletion however may not result in the entire deletion of your data. Purchase history information will be maintained by us for legal and financial audit purposes.

7.2 Transfer, Processing and Storage of Personal Data

The Personal Information you provide to Mathwrist through our website are processed and stored on Microsoft Azure cloud service and data servers based in the United States. The storage of that information will be subject to the laws of the United States of America. We do not voluntarily or actively transfer or disclose our customer data or Personal Information to any party except under those limited circumstances outlined herein including without limitation, Section 3, "Use, Sharing or Disclosing of Personal Information".

Mathwrist would like to make sure you are fully aware of all your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following rights:

• The right to access - You have the right to request copies of your Personal Data. We may charge you a small fee for this service;
• The right to rectification - You have the right to request that Our Company correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Our Company to complete information you believe is incomplete;
• The right to erasure - You have the right to request that Our Company erase your Personal Data, under certain conditions;
• The right to restrict processing - You have the right to request that Mathwrist restricts the processing of your Personal Data, under certain conditions;
• The right to object to processing - You have the right to object to Our Company's processing of your Personal Data, under certain conditions; and
• The right to data portability - You have the right to request that Our Company transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
