Account Policy

Please read carefully about our account policy.
1. Email

A user account is required to place purchase orders of our products. Your email address is used as the login user name to create an account with Mathwrist. We will send a registration confirmation message to this email address. You will need click the link provided in this email verification message to confirm the creation of a user account. Please review our Privacy Policy before registration.

2. Student Account

Generally, we provide discounted software prices for students. If your email address is confirmed from a typical education domain, a student account is automatically created. Please verify the account type in the "Profile" section after successfully login to your account.

Finally, all student accounts are automatically changed to professional accounts 6 years after the account is created. At that point of time, the account owner can only purchase our products at the prices for professionals.

3. Deletion

After an account is created, you have the opton to delete your personal data from our system in the "Personal Data" section in your account portal. This deletion also closes your user account with Mathwrist.

We periodically review our long-time idle customer accounts. If an account has no recent purchase history nor an active software license, it is considered as an idle account and subject to deletion. We will send a notice email before the deletion.

4. User Agreement and Policy Update

By registering a user account with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this account policy. Mathwrist reserves all rights to update the company's policies, e.g. user account policy, privacy policy, refund policy and software license end user agreement. We will send a notice email to existing account owners regarding our policy changes. By continuing to maintain a user account with us, you are automatically subject to the new terms of the updated policy. In any case, such a policy update does not affect the terms and use of your current software license.
